Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Investigate: Review the complaint and verify the details.
  • Remove or Disable Access: If infringement is confirmed, we will promptly remove or disable access to the content.
  • Notify the User: Inform the user responsible for the content that a DMCA notice has been filed against them.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with the following details:

    Full name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • Material Identification:
    The URL or location of the material that was removed or disabled.
  • Statement of Good Faith:

Repeat Infringers
